Visual Plans and Penguin Unit Posted

Last week, I shared my first ever visual plans inspired by my sweet friend DeeDee.  I loved all the feedback I received!  So much so, that I decided to post them for this week.   Click on any of the pictures to download the file from Google Docs.

I just finished my penguin packet TODAY!  I hope you check it out.  I have thrown in a little freebie from it in with my visual plans.  The freebie is labels for file folders.  When I do a science unit, I like to have the students keep a file of all their work for the subject.  I have them attach a label to the file folder and then decorate the cover whenever they finish their work early.  I find once they decorate the folder, they seem to take better care of it and the materials inside.

My lesson plan template can be purchased through Ms. M's blog.  They are aptly called, "Erica."

Don't forget to check out my new penguin unit!

Are you planning ahead? One of my top selling products is my 100th Day Unit!

Valentine's Day is just around the corner!  Check out these two products, too.

  5. Your visual plans are amazing! I would love to be able to use different teacher created units each week, but we have such a limit on copy paper and copies. I have to pick and chose one, sometimes two a month. How are you able to do it all?

  8. Eeek, you are totally right about the 100th day sneaking up on us! This is my first year teaching 2nd (after 7 years in 1st) and I debating whether or not I celebrate the day. My grade level members are not but I always had so much fun with it!

Thanks again for sharing - they are truly great, like you!
I gotta check out the 100th day unit - we celebrate the 101st day in first day since Kindergarten does 100th - we kinda do 101 dalmations theme - I saw the idea online somewhere last year.
Anyways - thanks for the great ideas!
